What truly defines a Witch? How did the notorious Witch Hunts mark themselves as an era of violence and oppression towards women - further injecting sexism into our history?
Inspired by Arthur Miller’s The Crucible, and containing excerpts from Heinrich Kramer’s Malleus Maleficarum: Maleficarum is a TV Opening emphasising the brutality and terror experienced by women during the religious persecution of “witches”.
Maleficarum was created alongside talented young creative Lucinda Hogue.

Laidy Meneses is an effervescent spirit, who migrated from Venezuela to Australia in hopes of a better life for her family.
Immigrante Venezolano is a hybrid documentary that utilises cinema verite, expository and performative documentary styles to present the experiences of a Venezuelan Immigrant; Laidy Meneses.
The intention is to create an engaging and colourful narrative that provides insight to the immigrant experience, as well as capturing the charm and depth of Venezuelan culture through the captivating story of our Immigrante Venezolano.

(2019)
Visual showcase for formalwear collection “Libellule”, designed and handmade by Isabella Kerrigan.
Each piece allocated a distinct visual style and theme - including starry "Old Hollywood", "Femme Fatale" and "Urban" aesthetics.
This work was highly valuable as creative experimentation - in which I utilised different lighting and post-production textures to enhance the lustrous quality of Kerrigan's designs.
forget (2019)
The 1950's are coming to a close and the Sixties is rearing its head around the corner. A girl from a conservative background notices the new wave, outlandish style of her classmate and slowly but surely, becomes infatuated with her.
Forget is a narrative based music video made in 2019, collaborating with Perth music students who had just recently released their new single; "Forget".
Through technical codes and shots riddled with nostalgia - Forget aims to reproduce the thrill of the modern age surfacing in a o young person's life: manifested in a tale of first love.
Forget was created with the costuming and direction of Isabella Kerrigan, and editing of Julienne Schutz.
Youth Arts (2019)
Expository documentary offering a spotlight into the young artist community of Perth, Australia.
Intended as a celebration of these young artist's commitment, passion and skills to their form - Youth Arts includes artists in the fields of Drama, Music, Media Arts, Dance, Music Theatre and Visual Arts.
Utilising indirect interviews, non - diagetic sound and montages of art being crafted and developed: Youth Arts aims to bestow a gravity and professionalism onto these artists, highlighting that despite their youth - their craftmanship is something invaluable and remarkable.
Youth Arts was created alongside the skilled filmmakers Julienne Schutz and Isabella Kerrigan.
Puppenhaus (2019)
Puppenhaus is a short horror production created with team mates Julienne Schütz and Isabella Kerrigan.
The intention was to portray the frightening psychological repercussions of abuse in a way that is artistic, highlighting violence through stark colouring and vivid imagery to strengthen the horror invoked in Puppenhaus.

Anima explores protagonist Santiago Roja’s fragmented identity through employing various experimental storytelling, transporting the audiences into the “dreamscape” of Santiago’s mind.
Overall, I aim to represent a development and strife many young minorities may face with their identity - in a form that is not necessarily grounded in concrete realism, but manifested in expressionistic and vivid visuals.
